This is a white hat operation.. see Kalala owed 20 million. She was gifted 10 million XRP by Chris Larsen of Ripple.Now it went up 200% this past week to a dollar and Kalala got exactly 20 million to pay off her debt so she sold it all and price went down abit but now it's to the moon.
