Because the intelligence community, both the good guys and the bad guys, take the truth from us and hide it, we can't really know what's going on. We can only guess.

The Q drops give us glimpses, so we can guess in general, but we can't definitively conclude anything in any particular situation.

It's quite possible, and likely, that Trump now has leverage over McConnell and Thune. If he doesn't then what has Q been doing for 8 years? Does FISA go both ways, or not?
