You are truly kidding, here. Lavrov was making an uninformed off-the cuff remark. It means nothing and is refuted by the facts. Hitler's birth circumstances are well-documented.
The Old Testament is full of examples of both faithful and faithless Hebrews. It was a recurrent problem, leading to the manifestation of Jesus Christ. I happen to think the protocols are legit & FBI seem to think that they are legitimate to keep on their website, seven years later! I looked up the three cases you mention. They are all flimsy, relying on confessions under torture, confusion, and the absence of a body. There is a long history of the ALLEGATION of murder at Jewish hands; this is called the Blood Libel.
