But two points:

one, DS (eg the DS intel community) cannot interfere and know what Team DJT is doing

two, Team DJT can literally get moving right away, without bureaucratic delays that the DS would want to create.

Note also, not much chance of having a repeat of the [personnel] (i.e. Flynn) entrapment / sting situation occurring again like it did in early 2017.
