I think Trump should make a grand effort. Have the Army Corps of Engineers come in and fix the roads, remove the trash, create stone or concrete walls so the stream doesn’t wash things away again. Then build houses quick like a bunny to make up for the government abuse. Also bring in lots of food and other items.
