yes the kind of torture and horrendous acts the cartel(s) display are usually on unarmed civilians or other cartel members who step out of line. wait until the cartels meet real men, the USA military.... Seals, Army Rangers, etc, they won't be so brave once they are up against people who are better equiped mentally and physically. they are gonna have a surprise.
