There was the peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine that they both agreed on a few months after the Russian military operation began. That peace agreement was all but signed when Boris Johnson of the UK (representing the Western globalists) squashed it.

So, not the first time.

but of course, the mass media and global propaganda arm want us to ignore all that, so I guess "first time" it is....
