Holding criminals accountable for their crimes isn't lawfare. Lawfare is abusing your power and twisting or torturing the law to go after your political opponents who haven't committed any actual crimes.

Megyn Kelly did a disgusting coverup of pizzagate when she interviewed James Alefantis and portrayed him as a sweet innocent proprietor of a pizza shop being targeted by conspiracy theory nuts, while leaving out all the evidence the "nuts" were concerned about.

She didn't mention the pedophile and satanic imagery, code words, and obscene graffiti used in his "family friendly" restaurant, the disturbing pictures of children with creepy and pedophilia-related imagery posted on his social media accounts, the sexually weird and inappropriate performers they hosted, with the audience laughing at a joke about pedophilia, the rumors of child sleepovers in the restaurant, rumors of his site having a secret members-only section that seemed to refer to children being abused and murdered, that many people following his social media accounts, apparent regulars of the place, had their own social media accounts full of references to pedophilia and child torture and murder, his ties to people in positions of power who had similar suspected ties to pedophile references and accusations, and more.
