The president is expected to announce his decision Sunday night, according to a senior White House official.

One thing I am considering... It is said by Q that Hunter turned and the laptops were left "accidentally" to give Hunter some plausible deniability. (Paraphrase of above) What if (not really) Joe is giving the optics of a pardon to cover up for the fact that Hunter cut a deal just before the 2020 election?
