Can anyone shed some light on what happens when the GSA-sponsored transition occurs? I'm unclear how they allow for the deep state to spy on the President. What does the G.S.A. stand for?

He's refusing to use anything from the government, including the aides, phones (which are normally supplied) and anything else the government has touched or ties to them. Smart move.
