Possibly. Likely. His site hasn't been updated since Jan 2021. IMO NeonRevolt is/was COINTELPRO & was running backdoor revenue schemes as well.
This pond has snakes in it too, no doubt about it. But, frogs here have been in many ponds and can see the snakes usually, even though camouflaged.
