I realize that the report is possibly engaging in some creative hyperbole, to some degree. However....As far as I know, Andrew Cuomo does not have a license to practice medicine, so I wonder if this could be a gambit to paint him into a corner of admitting that he made medical decisions on behalf of others without the license to support the order(s)? I think the accusation is pretty damning on its own, but a few more layers on the shit-cake couldn't hurt.
I agree. Sort of like impersonation of a police officer. All these news anchors are going to get rolled up practicing medicine also. Anyone asking to see COVD card or over lab tests is practicing medicine because they were not doctors. MDs interpret lab values not some asshat at an airport checking to see if you can get on a plane.
