It has been decided before.

Back when the Kenyan Faggot was in office he sued AZ because AZ passed a law saying they would deport illegals.

His DOJ sued AZ saying only the Feds had jurisdiction over immigration.

The Feds prevailed cementing the fact that only the Feds have immigration authority.
