Treason is NOT pardonable.
It is. After the Civil War many Confederates were pardoned and if seceeding and fighting a war against the United States with British benefactors isnt treason I dont know what is. Only those convicted through impeachment are not pardonable.

I didn’t think about that. Hmm..And..Didn’t Nixon pardon all Vietnam POW’s? As I recall the story I heard, No Name was being written up by his CO for treason/aiding the enemy/or something like that, and Nixon did a blanket pardon for them all.
