What ever you believe this was a hit job. The person gunning from the back hidden from his view is NOT an angry/disgruntled person.You killed my Grandma(example) would be followed by an up front encounter and shot point blank. And then run. This person was too cool, calm, and collective. With a gun jam the person would have ran. He goes up to make sure he got the kill shot. Follow the money
