Anyone that has direct contact with the public should be in the office, full time.
Some can work remote but should still be required to be in office at least 2 days a week.
One hundred remote work tends to lead to workers slacking off.
I was an IT supervisor during the BS Covid lockdowns so I have experience with this stuff.
