Not for me it isn't. I'm bordering on being underweight. For me, I think it's a genetic issue as several members of the family suffer from it, as well. All but one are at a healthy weight, too.
I personally use a CPAP machine. It's improved the quality of my life. What other outside issues can you see that would have caused the increase in Sleep Apnea if not Obesity? The other increases are probably something as Evil as poison in Vaccines.
I use a CPAP machine, as well. It's been a game-changer. I've also got sinus allergies, so I sometimes wonder if that doesn't play into it, too. Breathing with a stuffed-up nose is bad enough, as is.
enlarged/excessive adenoids were the issue for a family member of mine. After a simple surgery, long, peaceful, easy-breathing sleep. Cured. Might not be the case for everyone, but definitely the difference maker in this person's case.
