It's not Biden pardoning his buddies, it's the deep state telling him what to do in order to keep the deep state viable. Remember, if they do not get pardons then they WILL spill the beans in order to get a reduced sentence once they are convicted. So, either the deep state needs to get the pardons or those folks convicted had better watch who their bunkies are lest a contract is placed on their heads.
