Completely true. I changed my diet to whole foods only and it really up leveled my shitting game. Nearly a perfect double taper every time.
The coveted clean dump is the best feeling ever. Switched to low carb and real food and the dumps became quicker and easier.
I agree on the whiskey, but bourbon on the other hand……
Bourbon is just an "uppity" class of whiskey. ;)
