Sure. Just ignore every single other aspect of the carbon cycle.. Cows are pretty much carbon neutral at worst, and carbon negative at best..

Where are the cows getting all this carbon they are spewing? Grass? Where does grass get it's carbon? The atmosphere? Where does that come from? Cows?
