At first blush, it seems that what is missing is a competent prosecutor—but it's the Southern District of NY, so there's that. I'm not a lawyer (thank God), but I've worked in law enforcement all my adult life, and I know some stuff.
I grew up in Texas, and we know "pasture pudding" when we smell it.
Very Perplexing aint it.
Yep
I have a got a sideways take...how will they get those within their influence to do as they are told if they end up with life sentences and death penalty's the assassins' have to be undercharged so it will be easier to find a way to release them later when few are looking.
Call an attorney and burn the free consultation. It works.
It may be upgraded as more evidence comes forth. Maybe they think it's a crime of passion, not sure.
