Past time to retire. Congress is working on term limits for the SC, why don’t they work on Congressional term limits first or is it “rules for thee, but not for me”?
What is interesting is that much of the Supreme court knows when it is time to retire. Unless they are voted out or overstay their welcome, most of Congress will take their last breath before they give up power.
I could be wrong, but isn't the argument for not having term limits, is that power is instead vested with the voters?
