Yet another oddity:

I read (on a forum, not a news report, so might be questionable info) that he was at that McDonald's because he was on a bus that had stopped for everyone to take a break and get something to eat.

If so, he was STILL riding buses?

That is weird.

He went to school at UPenn, in Philly. He would know that area, but Altoona PA is closer to Pittsburgh.
