He's acting as if everything is on the up and up and of course there would be NOTAMS, becauseOF COURSE THAT'S THE PROTOCOL!!!111
The mania is due to the fact that they refuse to say where they are coming from and who's controlling them.
It's not specifically the sightings that's causing it.
I think what the moron is pointing out is that either they have faa authorization or are flying under their radar and so not a threat. I think number one and this is prep for mass deportations in nyc.
