All laws repugnant to the Constitution are null and void

This is an illegal law, so the police are duty bound to disobey it

They will be given ample encouragement by the fedgov to do just that

If they obstruct ICE or knowingly harbor illegal aliens, they will be arrested

When people at the top like governors, mayors and police chiefs start getting arrested, we will know

it's happening
