If they are over 50lbs they are supposed to be registered with the FAA and broadcast a unique ADS-Bb signal. I wonder if they show up on FlightAware. I’m not that savvy with FlightAware other than looking up individual tail numbers and airports.

Edit: these are all civilian requirements of course.
