You got me! I'm hypothesizing the same as everyone else.

Could be tracking our own materials. Think something like a HITA scan. Nuclear injection (or other material) into the upper atmosphere. Tracking, testing instruments, we have no idea.

It's almost assuredly our own craft though harking back to original occams razor of why they have not been addressed nor intercepted. It's us, doing something. After a lifetime of experiencing mil aircraft doing all kinds of shit around my little corners of the woods I'm not worried about any of it.
