It looks like a “dilution effort” to me. Some group of entities (other humans or non humans) attempting to gently disclose their presence while globalist Deep State dilutes their presence with long hidden tech held back for use in Bluebeam (fake alien invasion to be used as justification for One World gov’t).

They are “warming up” their last grand play.

We will find out more once public DECLAS begins next year on some of the hidden tech and its origins. This looks like a “warmup” to create a bit of public awareness of the numerous possibilities.
