Where are the kids? At the bottom of the ocean or in sex dens? Why cannot they find a few of these kids? Ever heard of an ankle braclet? I'd say go ask the people who initailly picked up these kids and see what they did with them. If they cannot answer that simple question then apply pressure, like thumb screws until they talk.
