The current administration is trying to make things more difficult for the incoming administration so they’re doing things like selling off all the materials that have been sitting around for four years when they stopped building the wall.

And then whatever Texas has to pay the US Government for the materials, Trump can write a check back after 1-20-25 and say, "Here's your refund check. We accidentally charged you for materials we already owned."
