The day before the election the account posted a message and seemed to sign it "Adm Rogers" or "Adm R" I don't remember which. The account went up on truth before the public got to sign up. I think it was the first account on TS. If I recal, the first post was a letter Q. I think its adm Rogers because nobody has refuted it, including adm Rogers himself.
