This is some bullshit. Can Trump sign an EO to squash?

Any action unilaterally taken by a president can be undone by another president.
RFK can gut this with the stroke of a pen.
Presidents are not dictators.
A president can't "unpardon" another president's pardon. They can undo all of the EOs - and they always do.
Pardons are the only single exception to my statement.
Congrats, you found the only one exception to that statement.
And, that proves, what?
Guess you missed me agreeing with that?
Look. There has been so much wrong crap on here lately regarding pardons. It really is simple though - the Constitution outlines that only Federal Crimes - EVERYTHING but impeachment - can be pardoned by a president. Nothing (except the ire of the voters) limits treason or pedophilia or any of the other recent things that have popped up here. They can't pardon state crimes.
I could see your statement leading to a whole new round of "POTUS can just pardon XYZ" and I clarified the pardon part. I agreed with the second part. If you can't handle clarification that was intended to help people understand a topic that is clearly confusing to some, I'm sorry but that's on you. Not everything is a personal attack.
By the way - here is another example of why I wanted to clarify the pardon stuff. There are still a lot of anons here that don't understand a Presidential pardon yet.
