As my Granddad always said, “ Jap General is right…there’s a gun behind every blade of grass.”
Say when
Yep.
New World Order defeated by the 2nd Amendment! The keystone!
I would like to think this is true, but I always come back to the simple factual concern that gun-owners are poor at showing up to vote. So many problems can be solved at the ballot box---so why wait until we have to use the bullet box?
I'm very mindful of the Constitution, Article I, Section 8, in which the Legislature has the power to:
The first of these would allow Congress to call out the MIlitia (a citizen force) to execute the laws governing border security and to repel the ongoing invasion.
The second would throw the Liberals into a tizzy, because it would lay a responsibility on Congress to ARM and TRAIN the citizen Militia. This could lead to the inherent obligation of each citizen being armed by the government with militia-suitable weapons.
Maybe the reason gun-owners purchased their first gun was because they believed the ballot box was not solving any problems. ie. fraud, uniparty, greed, etc.
Don't be silly. They needed guns to shoot game and fight Indians. This was well before Independence.
WE are now 120 million strong. They are chasing a very large bear with a very small stick.
