It's possible that they are gettin' people used to having drones sniffing out radiation, just as if it is totally normal procedure. The many 'leaked' reports coming out that they are nuke-sniffers means that they want us to know that.
The 'lights' part means that they want the drones to be seen. I mean they can fly without lights, because night vision etc. but they aren't. So it was their intention to have everyone talk about them, as we are.
I think the drones are the white hat inoculation against the cabal bluebeam planned psyop.
I think the white hats got in first to own the narrative to make it drones and not UAPs

I believe they are searching for WMD or a dirty bomb. They’d have the lights off if they were trying to set up project blue beam. Hearing the drones without seeing the lights would generate even more questions.
I have heard that the drones are from DARPA and are part of Project Blue Beam.
