I also want to give credit to our Time traveling Anon here u/JohnTitor17 who utilized and shared Dr. Linus Pauling's Protocol for getting rid of bad cholesterol using Vitamin C, preferably liposomal C, w/Lysine. This protocol WORKS and I have bloodwork that proves it. I also have bloodwork to show a proven method to increase the GOOD cholesterol which is - 1gram hempseed oil daily. This was something near impossible for me to achieve having a metabolic disorder along with having to take HRT hormone replacement therapy. Testosterone decreases the good while HGH growth hormone increases the good. So its a lose/win situation but can be equaled out by utilizing Hempseed Oil and u/JohnTitor17 's Vit C/Lysine protocol. I apologize for the formatting on this particular page. I am not versed quite well like u/penisse who is most definitely the master - many thanks for being someone who helps and to whom you can look up to around here. One of many and I do mean many, so thank you all. I genuinely hope these resources can be of help to someone. I have learned a great deal from just reading the posts here, replies included. The vitamin C/lysine protocol I set forth here has an absolutely PROFOUND effect, the benefits of which can be felt RAPIDLY -within days, and seen on a scan in a matter of weeks.
Something I haven't shared on GAW yet because I only recently found out the results… A close family member of mine had a clot the size of a ping-pong ball in the chamber of his heart. Doctors couldn't get it to go away using drugs for over a year. A month taking 2000mg of lysine twice a day on an empty stomach completely dissolved the clot.
