Treatment is an injection per week, some people might
Need a higher amount (or subsequent weeks) depending on platelet count. Not supposed to exceed 10mcg per week.
//subsequent day job rant//
But those 100k doses won't stretch that far....
Amgen is changing their dose descriptor / billable service unit from 10mcg right now to 1mcg in 2025. I'm sure other Pedes in the HCI know what this means. Individual 'dose' cost goes down, but amount of 'doses' needed (and overall cost for treatment) increases.
Where is the Nplate being distributed? Allocated based on population size to each individual state CBRN/NBC protection & defense agencies? Haha sure.. It probably never made it beyond D.C. and it's still on pallets in a warehouse.

To be fair that stuff costs 2.5-3k per dose.
I'm guessing they bought 100,000 doses.

Smells fishy AF.
