The longer it takes, the more individuals seek their own pound of flesh in recompense.

It's gonna get worse, day by day - one individual, family, or group at a time - until finally the 'public' is horrified enough they DEMAND their crimes are dealt with.

Their time will come. We're seeing some of it already.
