I wouldn't really say he's anyone's puppet right now and is just trying to seem "normal" before the upcoming election. The guy's had 3 massive scandals in the past 3 months and has everyone going after him. You know it's bad when the NDP (a communist party run by indian bernie sanders) is calling him out for shit.
