Lara Logan asked about these tech overlords who are getting young blood transfusion to reverse aging. She asked where are all the kids going, and is younger blood better? How much blood and how often is needed from a child for these tech biohackers? Things are about to get shockingly gross. Dracula was a documentary.
Awhile ago, I read Bram Stoker's Dracula. There was a particular passage towards the end of the book that said something about the harvesting of blood and that his kind would remain with them. As described throughout the book, the blood of vigorous youth had a greater healing effect on Dracula.
I seem to have misplaced the book, but I did mark the passage. I'll try to find it, later.
Interesting - I had forgotten about that "application" of the "material" (fuck me...)
Then there's that little thing in jd's past that I struggle with every so often...
Ambrosia: the startup harvesting the blood of the young
The notion has been parodied on TV, but a real company is offering transfusions of plasma from teenagers to reinvigorate older people. At $8,000, it’s a bit of a bloodsucker

Very interesting.

Lady Bathory did similar. Prince Charles brags he’s defended from Vlad the Impaler. Something tells me the elite have been doing this for a while.
