They hold popular items hostage and wont pass them unless they can attached a ton of personal projects for lobbyist and loopholes to let them get away with screwing us more. When it is voted against they all start spamming that so and so voted against "saving the orphans" and never mention that, those orphans would have then been put in hard labor camps and that is why so and so voted No.
