The proposal of eliminating the debt ceiling imo is to herd the demon rats to what Trump is really after. That could be two reconciliation bills in the first year where it will be possible to quickly eliminate the bloat. Moves and countermoves. Trumps business experience in the toughest place in the world to do construction was a great prelude to the political battles that have followed. Trump is a master.
