That's accusing Elon Musk of treason. Doesn't matter if he hides behind "MIGHT", it's a smear, it's an insinuation, it's false, he KNOWS its false, and it's purpose is to defame, smear and harm Elon Musk and his associated businesses, and undermine his future government service.

This meets all the requirements for a massive defamation lawsuit.
