That just blows my mind. We raised twelve kids on one salary and we never had money like that for anything. Money just trickled in from all sorts of little jobs we would do, and we literally went to the grocery store (just around the corner) every day. I didn't even know what a Costco was til my kids just told me, lol.
People claiming to be refugees in Canada get $224.00 per day from our Government to eat and stay in a hotel room. That works out to be $81,760 per year. $20,000 more than the average Canadian Salary. Absolutely unbelievable. AND THEY SEND ALOT OF THAT BACK TO THEIR HOME COUNTRIES.

Gosh, how did they get into Costco without scanning their membership card?
Wonder if this is part of the reason Costco in my area updated entry protocols.
