Identical job hunt results for my white son, software development."Entry level" is 2 years experience, auto rejection letters, same jobs constantly reposted.

Our network on the inside of companies is reporting vacancies on their teams are not being filled, just gas lighting the employees "we are trying".

We are believing Jan 21, 2025 will bring a renewed confidence for US businesses and any govt. Incentive to not hire will be eliminated.
