Are we talking about Vivek's X post on the need to up our game with respect to excellence? I worked in an industry where excellence was the only thing that mattered, and it came without any racial strings. Do you disagree with any of my points?
No actually here, I don't disagree with your points. I'm just pointing at that you don't need to bring up your "Advanced" aerospace engineering career, because that's irrelevant. Do you see anyone else on this website constantly bringing up their career background? There is something odd about someone who constantly brings up and references their "advanced aerospace career" and has to try to make it relevant to every discussion they have.
I'm sure your very proud of yourself, but normal people don't feel the need to do that so often, and humble person wouldn't need to do it at all, but you do it every other day.
I guess you don't understand. The subject was the general intellectual ability of people. I was in a position where I had a lot of experience with high performing people. It was relevant experience. Just like being on a sports team gives you some insight into the general physical capability of ordinary people.
