From what I gather, there was a plot to take out the crown prince and Ala-dick-weed had a crew tasked with carrying that out.
What isn't clear to me is if that crew was made up of mil contractors/mercenaries AND....OR...Compromised/On the take active personel - WHO were surprised by counterstrike forces sent by the Trump team to SWAT their attempts.
There are also tie ins with Hawaii, since the same sheriff "handler" was at both locations. I can only surmise that Ala-dick-weed was also behind that incident in some capacity in order to either protect his trafficking (or other commodity) supply lines and mop up to keep people away from certain areas and discovering certain key things.
Again....just speculation on my part given all that's been discovered about these events. Even the "conthpirathy" things like blue umbrellas lean towards ala-dick-weed being a puppet for the [DS] and the use of high tech and advanced tactics at both locations in question is a possibility. They laid that town to waste and it's a prime opportunity to scoop up prime real estate previously unavailable at any price.
