In #17, in a touching moment after Turkmenistan's president presents a puppy to (dog-lover) Putin (by handing it over to him after letting it hang by the scruff of its neck), Putin cuddles the newly-gifted puppy and kisses it on its head and pets it as he puts it down on the floor.
