Vivek insulted the American people. It appears he has contempt and no respect for the Nation's people. He has made a fortune in this Country but that's not enough. Personally, I think the whole thing was a set-up. It also involves the woman who got her X account decertified. They want people to be afraid to speak about keeping America being a strong Christian Nation. Christians think long term in their design. Other Nation's think the next dollar and not a minute more. This is the type of thinking, you'll find with people who originate from 3rd World Nations. We need to think LONG TERM. That means bringing a higher quality of life back to the American People. Not to keep bringing people who will work for slave wages, then bring in their whole family to live off the system. So the greedy Corp makes a few extra dollars in the short term but the Nation (The People) have an added burden in the long term. You either fight to keep a strong Nation or you yield and be run over from every low buck profiteer on the Planet.
Vivek is a private citizen and is entitled to his opinion. He is not in charge and will be gone if he strays the wrong way, same for Elon or anyone else. I trust President Trump to make the right decisions. He is in charge and knows way more than we do. Trust Trump and trust the plan, we have come a long way, lets not start fighting among ourselves. They want us divided. You do not have to agree with everything that is done but there is a reason. We are all only human.
Vivek is potentially, soon to be responsible for helping reduce the Government system. This is a VERY public endeavour. I'd rather the task go to someone who loves the Nation and It's people, then work in a PRAGMATIC method.
So if Vivek insults us all he's entitled to his opinion, and if we take issue with the elites insulting us, we are stoking division? Yeah right. I'm with Framus on this, looks like we need more division, we are still infested with rats. Enough is enough. We are sold out by our own leaders for generations, we get replaced with foreign cheap labor in our own home, and told by immigrants here that we are stupid and retarded and no one wants to hire us. American's don't have an America to flee to, this is OUR HOME. We are pushed out and have no where to go. It's AMERICA FIRST and AMERICAN'S FIRST or it's nothing!!
So now that you’re angry about foreigners taking citizens’ jobs because of “lack of talent” because of poor work ethic, what are you going to do about it, other than piss and moan? Are you going to insist on change in education and push STEM instead of league ball? Or do you subscribe to the idea of citizens first even if they’re not the best?
I'll bet that is exactly how the American Indians felt with the westward push taking their freedom and land by a duplicitous government. I agree H1B is being abused, however we need to fix our government first. My ancestors came here from Scotland, Germany and Ireland, and I thank God they did. i love this country. I don't agree with reverse DEI. Just because I am white or born here does not mean I am the best person for a job. I see both sides having worked in a hospital with a large East Indian and Filipino Nursing staff. Some were awesome, some were not.
You haven't seen what jobs are hiring with H1B have you. Qualified Americans lose jobs everyday to this program not because they are better than us, but because they are willing to work for slave's wages to get into this country.
So, fix the system, don’t throw away opportunities to get the very best. Revamp our educational system, push math and critical thinking, science for God’s sake, not this woke bullshit. Encourage and foster WORK ETHIC in the American culture again.
Yes obviously fix the system. But the whole problem is that those in charge of the system care more about cheap labor than american education and culture.
I wonder if this is why they are calling for reform and shining a light on this issue. The law as it stands now is hurting qualified Americans and that is unacceptable. There seems to be several different specifics to this but it's all being debated as a singular viewpoint

I agree that that’s a problem that needs to be fixed. Hopefully this very loud debate sheds a light on this problem and it gets fixed.
