Agreed. From Trump's inauguration speech:
"Today’s ceremony, however, has very special meaning. Because today we are not merely transferring power from one Administration to another, or from one party to another – but** we are transferring power from Washington, D.C. and giving it back to you, the American People.**"
The people have never willed to have massive immigration. Trump needs to make good on his pledge and not just bend to another set of oligarchs.
God you people need to wake up. Your getting ridiculous. Trump never said he approves mass migration. He likes the H1-B. It is the right way to bring in the skilled labour you are short of. It is not illegal, they are vetted and are brought in only when there are not enough skilled Americans to fill the jobs.
If you dont fill your skilled jobs with skilled people your country wont make it. He never said no immigration at all he said immigration through the proper means.
They do claim "[they] are brought in only when there are not enough skilled Americans to fill the jobs.", but from all the reports I am hearing from people in tech is that this is absolutely not the case.
Just like they lie about illegals helping the economy.
It is healthy for an economy when there are less workers than jobs, because then the worst paying and least valuable jobs are forced to either improve or cease.
