I think this is a big part of Q; setting up a situation to test our knowledge...to see if we deserve to keep the Greatest Country in the World.

students 150 years ago would have understood the procedures...thereby knowing if there was fraud etc. people today are ignorant/need a refresher course.

You are correct. The problem arises from our public school system NOT TEACHING CIVICS anymore. I swear, if I had a magic wand I would fire every school district superintendent who promoted NOT teaching the structure of our government to our children. That is criminal in my mind. Maybe Trump will correct this inadequacy with a stroke of his pen.
